I had a really shitty accident. Broke my back, fully shredded my left knee(acl, mcl, and meniscus fully torn), right arm decompressed, three levels fused in my spine and I had to completely develop my coordination and basically relearn to walk. I got after it rehabbing like it was my job and have done amazingly well. Then life goes on and I was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma. All I can say is just like any marathon, when you hit that wall you may have to dig deep to find the motivation. But ultimately you put one foot in front of the other and just keep moving in the right direction! The hardest parts were learning to rest for recovery, and not being hard on myself over needing that rest, and finding the right team of physicians, and specialists to help support and manage my expectations with recovery. Prayers for a quick return to full health Mr. Goggins!!

Mr. Goggins. At 39 years old I had a heart attack. 2017 bladder cancer (40) 2018 sepsis(41) which by a doctors mistake I have no abdominal wall and 2 hernias. I'm in pain everyday and don't complain. Whould you say I'm a man in your eyes/views? 1 advise get more humility my man. No man is better than the next!! The only person I'm trying to impress is OUR LORD!
